The kitchen and dining area are all newly remodeled and fully furnished. Private pergola deck with seating. Must check in on 1st of month and check out last day of month. Not only is this property a short walk to the popular Grandview Beach, but also to wonderful restaurants, shops and nightlife. Legoland, Sea World and the world famous San Diego Zoo are just a few of the options for things to enjoy during your stay. Spend your evenings enjoying the beach air on your private pergola deck with custom sunshades. One assigned parking spot in front of the property. The property boasts central air conditioning, WIFI and TVs in each bedroom and in main living area, all with cable. Hot water on demand, beach chairs, towels and some beach toys are available for your use. Pet must be approved in advance. No smoking. $139 per day. 30 day minimum rental period is required. Must rent from 1st of month to last day of month (or first day of next month). $200 cleaning fee applies to each stay.
