Our family had an amazing time at this townhouse on the beach. The home is very spacious and fresh, and well stocked both indoors and out. The view of the beach/ocean is spectacular, and from the deck we had multiple dolphin spotting during our stay. We appreciated the beach access and the beach gear provided for our use. Encinitas is a fun town with a laid back beach vibe and special energy that we appreciated. The people are friendly, helpful and nice. The location also makes for an easy drive to San Diego to see the sights there. I highly recommend staying here, we would come back in a heartbeat!

We would rate this property a 5+! The location with the view of the ocean was simply perfect and the home is amazing. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, with every convenience you could imagine. The home was a perfect fit for our family of six and the children especially loved the loft area. Also, the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would return in a heartbeat!

We had a great week-long stay at the house in Leucadia. The location directly on the bluff looking out over the Pacific is amazing; one of the best cocktail decks ever! The newly remodeled interior is well done and super comfortable. We surfed every day and played tennis and pickleball. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Property was amazing. The view was spectacular. Property was extremely nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable; great towels. Came with little extra like shampoo and laundry detergent which were greatly appreciated since we flew and would have had to purchase and leave at the house. We did not use the beach given it was high tide in late afternoons but it is easily accessible. All major attractions were 30 minutes or less from the house. Property manager was absolutely amazing and immensely responsive to any minor issues/questions. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. We would definitely rent again
